2010/08/17 Lunch

A very fancy wrap. Peppercorn steak with lettuce, green pepper, BBQ sauce, and 1000 island dressing.

A rare cooked steak, my favourite. A little difficult to eat, but otherwise it was great.

This one is a little different. Home made pizza with egg. It also included tomato sauce, cheese, pepperoni.

I liked it, despite how weird it was. It was similar to my rich scrambled eggs on bread.

Home made pizza, pre picture. I didn't make the crust. Tomato sauce, cheese, mushrooms, chives, pepperoni, tomatoes, bree.

Home made it always better. I don't know why store-bought are so oily, and boring, even when you pay more for them.

A simple vegetarian wrap. Cheese, tomato, lettuce, cilantro, mayonnaise, and ketchup.

I like small simple meals. Eating a lot of meals, a little at each one, is the best for you, right?

Butter chicken and garlic naan bread. The butter chicken was too watery, I should have let it reduce a little more. The bread was great, but not made by me; it's PC.

I love garlic, and butter chicken. Even though it was sloppy, this was a great meal.

Another wrap, but now with prosciutto. Lettuce, cilantro, ketchup, and Dijon mustard. Nothing needs to be cooked.

This really launched wraps for me, it was easy and great. I would have these every other meal for a week.

Wraps. A strip of pork slow cooked with BBQ sauce. Lettuce, green peppers and chives.

I went through a phase of making lots of wraps. Easy, fast, tasty. These were good, but it was still a humble start, many more, different wraps to come.
