2009/08/16 Breakfast


From 2009/08/16 Breakfast:

Organic pork with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme and garlic cloves. In the oven, 200C, for only 12 minutes.

The vegetables are onions, sweet red peppers, mushrooms, chili powder and tin of tomatoes. Simmer until it's pretty dry.

This is one of the best meals I've ever cooked. It's a practice run for FancyFood 1, and I'm very happy to serve this. Even by myself, I found myself making "mmm" sounds. The spicy kick is strange because it's so apparent, but also so mild. Everyone will taste it, no one will think it's too much.
