Simple pancake, from scratch. The maple syrup is from Josh's wedding. Thanks for that.
It was just what I wanted. I made one huge one instead of many small ones to make sure I didn't have any left overs. I like them thick, and not as cooked in the middle. Hmmm, also how I like my steak.
