2009/10/07 Supper


From 2009/10/07 Supper

Filling from scratch! Put a pumpkin in the oven for an hour, scoop out the filling and put it in a blender. Mix in spices. Pour into tart pastries, or a pie crust, then cook. Easy (but time consuming).

This is my favorite dessert. They were still warm in this picture. Whipped cream topped it off perfectly. Yum.
